Joseph Sims

Capital Oversight Officer

Joseph serves as the Capital Oversight Officer at Olympic Multi-Family Management, where he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company’s capital projects and ensuring their successful review and completion. He has been with Olympic since 1996 and brings extensive industry experience to his role.

Prior to joining Olympic, Joseph served as the Director of Affordable Housing for the Pierce County Housing Authority. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), reflecting his strong expertise in property and asset management within the multifamily housing sector.
