Nick Griffin
VP, Designated Broker
Nicholas Griffin serves as the Vice President and Designated Broker at Olympic Multi-Family Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Whitman College, followed by a master’s degree, summa cum laude, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Wake Forest University. Nicholas was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2017 and brings a strong legal, real estate, and operational background to his role.
As Olympic’s Designated Broker, Nicholas is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the company’s real estate and property management operations. He is certified to manage Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and is currently a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
